Shipping and Returns
Orders are shipped within three to five business days from the date the order is placed. Shipping is through either the United States Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. All shipments include a delivery confirmation or tracking number which is provided to the customer via e-mail at the time the order is submitted to the carrier. For standard shipping services, shipments are expected to arrive between 3 to 7 business days from the acceptance of an order. Upgraded shipping services are available for expedited delivery for an additional charge and include services (such as next business day, two-day express saver, and other services) as listed by the shipping carriers. Expedited shipments may be arranged by contacting Factor55. For all orders, Factor55 reserves the right to select the carrier for delivery.
Back ordered items are not charged to the customer’s account until fulfillment is possible. Back ordered items are added to a customer’s order only after receiving a confirmation communication acknowledging the status and acceptance of delayed delivery. Items placed on back order are only kept in to-be-fulfilled status for thirty days after which the order is cancelled.
Occasionally items are made available in a pre-order status. Pre-order status is reservation of an item before it is made available for delivery by the manufacturer. Pre-orders are not a guarantee of delivery as product may change or the manufacturer may limit quantities. Pre-orders are charged to the customer credit card at the time the item is prepared for shipment to the customer. When the item becomes available for shipment the normal shipping and return policies apply. The customer has the right to cancel a pre-order item subject to a 5% stocking charge. Pre-order items are subject to cancellation by Factor55 at any time. Open orders for pre-ordered items remain open for 90 days from the date of the order. After 90 days the order is canceled along with notification of cancellation to the customer via e-mail.
Factor55 assures customer satisfaction with a no-hassle return policy. Returns of unopened products are accepted for any reason when the customer notifies Factor55 of the return within seven business days of the receipt of the order. Returns may be made for refund or exchange with in-store credit. Labels for return of the product in the original packaging will be provided to the customer via e-mail. The returned item must be received by Factor55 within 21 business days after the customer’s receipt of the order. All sales are final seven business days after the customer’s receipt of the product.
Items damaged in transport may not always required to be returned to Factor55. Please contact Customer Service for detailed instructions for refund or exchange of items damaged in transportation. In some circumstances the customer may be required to complete an affidavit to the shipping carrier describing the damage. Refund or exchange is only completed upon receipt of the affidavit by Factor55.
